Frequently Asked Questions
What is provided for the booth?
Each sponsor booth includes a table, chairs, and a table cover. Number of tables and chairs are dependent on the sponsorship level.
Is there electricity to the booths?
Yes, sponsor booths will be supplied with power.
Can I choose my booth?
Generally, booth selection isn’t a benefit offered in the prospectus. Feel free to reach out to us if you have a particular preference and we will try to accommodate.
When can sponsors set up?
Sponsors can set up their booth anytime after 8am on the 25th.
When do sponsors need to breakdown?
Breakdown of the event, including sponsor booths, will take place after the event concludes on September 27th.
Do sponsors get a list of attendees?
While we won’t be able to provide a full list of attendees, sponsors will receive Cvent lead capture licenses. These licenses enable sponsors to gather valuable information from attendees who choose to share their details.
Can I ship materials to the venue ahead of time?
Yes, shipping and logistics details will be provided closer to the event date, along with exhibitor instructions.
